Order Processing Time
All orders are processed between 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped to you.

Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping services to all locations within South Africa using Courier Guy. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping on all orders over R2000.00. For orders under R2000.00, a standard shipping fee of R149.00 will apply.

Shipping Times:
Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. However standard shipping takes 3 – 5 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier delays, may impact delivery times, however we ensure that your order is processed as fast as possible.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the courier guy website by following this link.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kupe3d.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
